cakes are baked to order, using natural ingredients
whenever possible. Everything is made from scratch,
using free-range locally sourced eggs, organic milk
and cream, high quality chocolate and all natural flavorings
and liquors. I use the “good stuff” to
create a beautiful and ridiculously delicious confection that
you can feel good about eating and serving to your friends

Heavenly Vanilla - this light buttery cake never disappoints.
It's the most requested flavor I make.
Godiva Chocolate Fudge - a chocolate lovers dream! Dense chocolate
cake made with Godiva chocolate, cocoa powder, and chocolate
liquor (liquor can be left out if you choose). If you are
a true chocolate lover, choose the Fluffy Chocolate Ganache
filling.
Zesty Lemon - sweet and tart. Made with freshly squeezed lemon
juice and lemon zest.
Spice - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & walnuts make this cake
irresistable. Excellent with cream cheese buttercream or Italian
meringue buttercream.
Carrot Cake - Moist and flavorful, excellent with cream cheese
buttercream.
Coconut Cake - tender and moist made with coconut milk &
grated coconut. Wonderful with cream cheese buttercream.

Fluffy Chocolate Ganache - heavy cream combined with Godiva
bittersweet chocolate whipped to make a light delicous mousse.
Cream cheese buttercream - sweet, light and tangy. Delicious
with almost any cake
Lemon curd - tangy and mouthwatering.
German chocolate - coconut, and walnuts
Toasted walnut - lightly toasted walnuts folded into a fluffy
cloud filling.
