Do you have a price list?
To help plan your budget, you can generally expect buttercream cakes to start at $3.50 a serving, fondant covered cakes to start at $4.00 per serving and sculpted cakes start at $6.00 per serving. Do you deliver?
Delivery and setup is included for all 3 tiered cakes within 15 miles of zip code 78233. For longer distances, please contact me for more details. Single layer cakes and small 2 tiered cakes can generally be transported by the customer but delivery is available if desired. Contact me for details and prices.

How many servings of cake should I plan for?
A good rule of thumb is to plan on having about 25% more servings than guests. (For example, with 100 guests, you would have 125 servings.) Serving sizes vary. We err on the side of larger servings, 2” x 2” wide with varying height depending on the type of cake (generally our cakes are 3” tall for a one tier cake).

How do I cut my cake?
A cutting diagram is provided with your cake.

Can you make a . . . for me?
Anything is possible. Often designs come from party invitations, themes and even fabric. Design details and colors can be matched in sugar. You are not restricted to the cake designs shown in my gallery, these are just to show you the quality of my work and some of the designs that are possible.

When should I order my cake?
If possible, please allow one month's notice for weddings and 2 weeks notice for custom cakes. I recommend contacting me as soon as possible to secure your date. If you have a last-minute request, please feel free to contact me, and I’ll certainly try my best to fit you in. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash and checks or I can send you a paypal invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your order, your deposit is non-refundable unless I am notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event. There will be no refund on orders canceled with less than 2 weeks notice.

Do you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of cake, I am unable to ship them.
